That is correct, walnut strands only.
Do you recall the price last year?
Would someone who wears a 11 D in Neumok be the same size in Cronmok or does the fact that it's a boot change anything?
I think it was $219 for the Strand and also the Park Avenue.
Here's a link that mentioned the $219 price:
I don't know about 11 D's, but my 11.5 E Neumoks are tight and my 11.5 E Cronmoks are loose.
Just got a response on my Bayfields. I guess they are in prefit and have yet to be pulled over the last...argh. The wait is agonizing
Great stuff, thank you for that....
there were some really ugly shoes in 1978....
Fedex says my package is on the truck for delivery I am starting to lose hope.
I was wondering if you had received them yet. I can't wait to see them!
Patriot shell questions:
How versatile are these loafers? What are the Do's and dont's of penny loafers?
Since I don't have any shell I'm tempted to lose my v-card. $600 on shoes is a princely sum for me. I have more than a dozen pair of AE oxfords in calf. I love them.
I sized down from 11.5D to 11D for Verona. Those loafers are somewhat loose in the heel, but more snug in the forefoot. I tried on 10.5D and could get them on but I was stretching them in the forefoot. Given that is 11D still the right size for a shell Patriot or should I at least entertain 10.5D again?
I have both black and brown loafers in Verona. My plan is to exchange the brown pair for the patriots. I think this is smarter than having two pairs of bit loafers.
If this is my only pair of shell, shall it be Patriot?
I know I know, I apologize for the indecision!
So I call fedex custoner service like a petulant child to inquire about my package as it is after 7 here and as I do the fedex driver pulls up with this.
Hey guys been away do to work but I received my first of two on the special MTO shell that Paul hooked us up with. A walnut shell Dundee with antique edge. This pair came in perfect and not soaked in cream like have seen on some other Allen Edmonds. Very close to my Alden shell finish. Still waiting on my PTB in cappuccino.
Thank You Sir
