I'm hoping for merlot with brass buckles and combo heels! (For under $400 )
Going way back... it appears that my $250 shell Bradleys just shipped. After being backordered for two months, I'm surprised and impressed that they finally shipped.
Yeah, pebbled leather and the lug sole aren't exactly my cup of tea either. But to each his own. It is in the 2 last, which is one of the more slender and least clunky ones.
Has anyone tried polishing the orange pull tab on the Daltons with brown polish to darken it up? Would that not be advisable?
A cream might work better, polishes are spotty when trying to go darker. At least for me, maybe some more suggestions?
I'm not sure why on earth you'd go to such effort? The orange is fun, and even if you don't like it, it's not visible...unless you wear your Daltons with shorts, in which case an orange pull tab is the least of your issues.
Sigh. What is Allen Edmonds up to? Pink shoes? Are they serious?:
Okay, they call them 'light Red' but still. I'm not digging their new stuff at all. It's like they are trying too hard to be cool and going over board or something.
You"ll love them.
So I walked around a bit in the rain yesterday in my AE Strands, and it seems that a little bit of dirt/water has collected in the following area of the show. I find myself unable to simply rub it out with a wet cloth, and I can't get to it using AE's Sole and Edge Dressing.
Has this happened before to anyone, and is there any advice that any of you could provide on how to clean it out?
So I picked up a pair of Boulevard in 8.5EEE, and what do you know, it's in the 5 last... Can't wait to try them on. How will I know if I need to go to a 9E instead?
Anyone pick up a North Platte. I am underwhelmed.
So, for regular conditioning of calf, should I use AE shoe cream, AE Premium Shoe Polish, or Lexol conditioner? Does the optimal product differ depending on color, e.g. black vs walnut?
Is the conditioner/cleaner necessary? Can dirt not be wiped off with a damp cloth or sponge?
I got a pair of Jefferson's from Nordstrom, there is no indication on the shoe where it's made. Any idea on why they wouldn't label?
Nothing under the tongue, side just has shoe size.
