1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I feel like this would take years to achieve...and I hardly think it would look like AE's bourbon.

I'd say that if you have enough black polish left on your brush to alter the color of your walnut shoes, you are using too much polish to begin with.

I don't know if it's my browser or what, but at least half of the time I try to use a spoiler, it doesn't work. [IMG]

It isn't a matter of cost but real estate. Floor footprint is at a premium for those of us with nomadic lifestyles. Having individual cubbies for shoes is glaringly inefficient from a space-planning perspective. Hell, I don't even have enough room for my wardrobe, let alone shoes.

Otherwise, I would love to have my shoes in something like those pictures.

I have been thinking about some sort of shoe storage device...but then I think that I'd just rather put the money towards more shoes!

Not a bad price! haha. Just spin the wheel and be surprised everyday at what shoe you'll be wearing!

I'd rather put the $70 towards more shoes! [IMG]

That looks like a rather good and space-efficient way to store shoes.

I'd be seriously tempted to get some if they were horizontal (like the old spinner tower cases for CDs), and if you could stack a few of them on top of each other.

Thanks David. Are they still making the Park Avenues in 6? IMHO the four eyelet create a vamp that looks disproportionately long.

Yeah I would pretty much agree with you Doc. AE just came back out with the bourbon shoe polish again, about time!

I appreciate the effort but was looking for real pics of the shoes... not AEs garbage.

I second pics. I was really close to buying these over the summer. Went with a pair of rancourts instead.

My next AE purchase will be a pair of Daltons. I would love to get my hands on some burnished chili, but they don't make them right now. I must choose between bourbon and walnut. I have strand and clifton in walnut, the color is awesome. There are many pics of walnut daltons with jeans and slacks, but I don't find many bourbon. Can I get some help with some good pics?
