Sedona owners: where have you bought no-show socks for "sockless" style? I can't go actual sockless because of bruises. Also, what do you usually wear it with?

I got like 6 pairs for 20 bucks at a local urban outfitters. They come in a bunch of colors and have the essential grip on the heel to help reduce the chance of your socks sliding off.

Nordstroms has a few different 3-packs as well.

Thank you! Is the top of the socks hidden under the top of the shoe? This is my actual problem, tried to buy men no-shows at local marks and spencer and the top is clearly seen.

A little off topic however I am an EA lover from the great white north (aka Canada) and was wondering if there are any fellow Canadians that order directly from the shoebank or ae.com? I have only ever bought when I am in the states but have been very tempted to order from the shoebank/online. I was hoping someone Can give me their two cents!

I'm Canadian. I've been using AE's shoe outlets to ship shoes to me during their sales. I would love to buy firsts directly from the website, but the shipping charges are ridiculous. Right now though, AE's Shoe Bank has switched their shipping method to Canada from USPS to FedEx. I just ordered a pair of shoes using FedEx, but I'm concerned that I'm going to be hit with those infamous over-priced brokerage charges. I hope that won't be the case!

Whether they show or not will depend on your shoe/foot size. If you have smaller feet, they might show. If you have larger feet, they shouldn't.

You could also look online for socks from Sperry. Those have gel bumps in the heel to keep them from slipping under your foot. The terms you'll want to look for are "loafer liner" or just "liner socks".

Now, if you have small feet, there are some companies that make unisex socks (or women's socks with restrained patterns/colors) in smaller sizes.

They had Moras? The ease in which people are getting Moras is really making me regret buying Neumoras last year.

I think Mora is one of the most beautiful Dub monk that is (not)on the market. I have been searching for a nice pair of dub monk for nearly 2 years now. Not really fan of neumora. Hopefully the seconds don’t have any obvious defects.

Can anyone comment on the fit for Mora. I purchased 8E (that was the only one they had in stock!). I am 8E/EE in fifth ave and on strand.

I have but the LB seems more outdoorsy if that makes sense. The NP seems more like the Dalton with a different sole.
I have the North Platte, and while it has similar detailing to the Dalton, the chromexel leather makes it a much more casual boot.

Canadian here who has purchased factory seconds from the AE Shoebank twice, both times requesting USPS shipping. The first time I was dinged with customs to the tune of about $50, and the second time was about half that. I have heard of fellow Canadians only being dinged in the neighbourhood of $10 which is pleasant to hear.

Masernaut raised a good concern about their recent abandonment of USPS, and subsequent and very plausible higher fees. This would make the deals suddenly seem not as hot as in the past. Pity.

Please keep us informed once you receive your shipment from FedEx. I held back on the 2 for $250 sale because I was unsure what handling fees would end up at.

Both times I've had USPS shipping, I've only had to pay tax (13%) and a $9.95 handling fee. Very reasonable, hopefully FedEx shipping doesn't push our prices through the roof.

If somebody is planning on contacting the Shoe Bank and would like to help a fellow SFer out with international shipping, please PM.

Just heard back from the shoebank: they only have Patriots in 9D, in brown left. Jump if you are interested.
