I am a lover of the strand model...have it 3X.....but those suedes just made me a bit nauseous.
Yes that would be correct. The #8 is a numbering system that Horween who supplies the shell uses. It is the most common color of shell in the reddish brown family. There is also #6, #4, and #2 in that color family but they are very rare. Especially #2.
So here's a picture of a problem I'm having with a pair of Park Avenue's I just bought from B&S. The left heelcup of the shoe digs into my ankle making it unwearable; it's not normal to have this much variation in the heelcup height right?
Thank you sir!
No. Did you know you were buying seconds?
Yes they are seconds, but no mention of this problem. Is this a common problem for seconds?
No idea what model these are, just that they were a custom order that the original customer never claimed (I gather it was a non-standard colour for this model, whatever it is):
Too narrow?? Where...which pic? They felt great on. I was referring to the stiching on the toe of thw shoe.

Wow... whatever they are I want them! The toe shape seems similar to the 8 last with a chili grain leather. Very, very nice
This would be funny if it wasn't so serious. Good grief. You can't make it up ....
That pair of shoes should have never left the factory. And it sucks that they did. It is inexcusable, even for seconds.
Arghhhh!!! I hope this is not the only Webgem for this month. Maybe cappuccino will not be a Webgem, but just a New Arrival?
I hope that comes true, I had my hopes up. Otherwise, I am going to order brown shell Dundee
great looking shoes. they look narrow.
