A deep closet dig today. Snuff Fullerton on the 511 last. Other than St Hubbins (couldn't tag him for some reason, hope he is doing OK), not sure I have seen anyone else post this model. Another of these paradoxical models I seem to gravitate towards.

Also, I've struggle pairing these slate Hamiltons with anything other than blue or reds. What are your thoughts on this combo? The pants leaned a little brown but seemed to pick up enough of the welt.

This combo is great. Get laces to match the welt.

Just their BEST LOOKING logo. I noticed their factory sign still bears the same one.

Absolutely beautiful! We've been trying to locate pictures "in the wild" and you, sir, are a winner. Looks so much better than the bright yellow stock photos. It seems like the natural Higgins Mill on double JR was such the obvious choice last TS that almost nobody ordered one. I was on the cusp, but took another route.

It seems that @Patrick1053, in fact, has the high ground.
Haha, Yes, it has to be one of the highest points in central Florida. Not worried about flooding but the wind is worse on the "hill". Just moved here too :brick:

And I literally just unpacked my shoes. (furniture is not mine)

Does anyone have a natural or marbled randolphs or carlyles from previous TSs they could share? Torn on what my second order should be. Also, any burgundy carlyles?

Was there ever a verdict on the last / fit of the fifth street boot? Should I order similar to a park / fifth ave (65 last), closer to the 511, or something else?

I'm a 13d in the randolph, but d is a tad narrow for me in the 511 and 65. Ordering your "standard size" is a bullet point on so many AE shoes now that the statement alone isn't helpful without last info.

The 5th Street is on the 65 and it fits me like a 65. Take that for what you will.

I recently purchased a pair of new-to-me Strands from forum member @manowar and I absolutely love them. Thank you so much!

I have both colors of AE orange shoelaces, neither are comparable to Clemson orange.

Tried some other lace colors, I think this one works as well as the standard brown laces.

The hanging/swinging futon in the background is known as 'The Destroyer of Shins.'

I love the slight contrast of color that comes from the brogues.

Some of the makeups on the spreadsheet are going to be absolutely amazing. After much deliberation I have decided on a blue Freeport with an antique welt as my second pair. Mostly because nobody has anything quite like that on the spreadsheet. There is just one problem, a bastard named Ian. I've had to deal with so many hurricanes that I don't even know exactly how many hurricanes I've been through. I'm sure that everything will be fine, but you never know when you live both on the coast and below the waterline. If something does happen then the Freeports will have to wait, otherwise blue Freeports will be purchased on Sunday or Monday.

I made a Shelltember/Hurricane haiku

The hurricane comes
Blue shell purchase will now wait
Storm surge I do hate
