28 hours, 1400 miles, and three pairs of shoes (only wore two). Unfortunately, timing didn’t work out for a stop in North Charleston to visit my favorite “pushers.”

Started out in the Catskills (shoes, not the mountains) and ended in PA sneakers.

Home in FL at the start

The hills of the Smokies (had to deploy sweatpants, because bbbbrrrr)

But overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing drive (I know, crazy, right?).

I wish the convertible Maserati is what I drove for the trip. Unfortunately, this is what I actually piloted.

The aerodynamics and cornering ability of this beast was no Maserati...

Happy Tuesday gents (and @ae_ashley)!

@ae_ashley Wearing these today felt weird and I could hear a triple tap when walking - back heel, front heel then sole so I did a balance check. This is 4 pennies which comes to 6.08 mm. This is just not good.

Ouch. I had a pair of Normandy’s with a similar issue. They got returned. On mine (the Normandy) it turned out there was a warp plus heel issue, pretty sure they had to trash the pair.

I have found na_nyc to be the best so far. Here is a link to their site: https://na-nyc.com/collections/no-show your mileage may vary.
i like the no-show look yet to find socks that would actually stay on my feet well enough... def nice for a small walk, but running chores around the city def makes it hard to keep socks on...

New arrival thanks to the current sale! I like them...very comfy and the suede is extremely soft ?

How do you find the width ratio of these? When I tried them in preparation of the trunk show, I felt like they weren't anywhere close to your typical D/B. When I got the length/(ball) width correct, it felt like as I was walking right out of the heels. Perhaps this is because you sit up higher on the insole? Or the collar is cut lower? Take all of this with a grain of salt as I have thin ankles...

I may or may not be using the sullivans to start my night time vigilante career.

Absolutely perfect pair. Sullivans for crime fighting; Greene Streets for a cognac in the library of the mansion above your lair afterwards. Swiss Effin' Watch, if I understand it correctly.
