Non-AE: do you like this style? Has AE ever produced a shoe similar to this?

Sizing enquiry:
Hi guys, thought you'd be the best people on the internet to ask this.

I'm a European looking to try a pair of AE. I wear a size 11G UK (wide) in Loake - would 11.5EEE in AE be similar? Or even 11.5EE?

I wear an 11 eee AE size. Sometime I wear 12D AE because I find good deals on eBay. :) I have a Barker Duxford in 10G for my wide feet. Barker is a UK brand. You would need an 12EEE AE or 13D AE.

Good old fashioned waiting for my flight. If my wife was with me, we would be doing the OJ Simpson routine a half an hour from now. I am so glad she flew ahead of me.

The Sapienza was very close to this. I'd need to check to see when we discontinued that one. We made it in Bourbon and...Black? I think.
I like that model, but when I tried it on, I looked terrible. I wish I’d have bought it, though. Really unique design.

Waxed Suede McTavish sizing help needed.

I am a 10D on the 511 (Wilbert)
I am a 9.5E on the 65 (PA, 5A, Strand, etc.)

I thought I would be a 9.5D on the 201 (having tried a Bartlett several months ago). They showed up and I could barely get my foot in the shoe. Could this be in outlier or do I need a different size on the 201?

I have a narrow heel and wider forepart if that helps (with sizing me over the internet). Stores no longer have this model in-stock and I don't want to keep buying and returning via online. My options are a 10D which I am not sure will be wide enough or a 9.5EEE which will be too wide at the heel. Am I just SOL with this model?

Highly doubt a 9.5EEE will work for you but a 9EEE may be worth trying. I feel the 201 runs slightly long relative to the 65 and much higher volume. I think a 10 is going to be too long and you'll get heel slip, while the 9.5EEE is likely to be too high volume.
