Low 30’s? That would be about right in Florida if you’re talking Celsius

If it gets below 70, we break out the leather jackets, gloves, hats, and turn on the fireplace!

We also know who the tourists are because they are the only ones to go swimming when the water temp gets below 82.

It was about 35 the other night when I took my trash out (I just arrived in Tennessee a few weeks ago). It had been a long time since I've experienced that kind of cold. But so far, I'm sleeping better out here and my sinuses seem to do better in climates that are not so dry.

Anyway, I'm hoping we get some nice surprises for BF soon. :)

I have a meeting tomorrow and I want to wear something that says “I’m not putting up with any of your cr*p.”

Any suggestions?
I’m thinking that my black bison Rancourt Brighton boots might emphasize that message.

You guys and your mild weather states. It’s been strange seeing green grass this late in the year here in Minnesota. Regardless we were in the teens last night.

Here’s some screenshots from a couple seasons ago. One is January 2019 and that was the coldest I ever got a temp on my car dash. The other is from the tire temp indicator in my corvette -running in snow tires- lol

I suggest a pith helmet and riding crop. From time to time when someone makes a point you like, slap the table with your riding crop and yell “bully!”

I can relate to this in Phoenix. When I lived in the Midwest, I was still wearing shorts on occasion when it got into the 40’s. Now, I find myself sometimes wearing a jacket when it is 70’s and below! The pool comment…same.

if for some reason I want snow and frigid cold, a 2 hr drive north to Flagstaff will cure that.
