Starting to really like the fit of the mahogany landons. The leather is very soft too.

My only slightly small complaint is that for B width, it seems like the make the toe a bit more bulbous for this last and even more for the Higgins mill.

Hello shoe friends! Wearing real shoes for the first time in months today. Wore them to replace a bike inner tube for my daughter, and had the itch to wear something besides flip flops or Bean slippers. #8 Higgins Mill from last year.

I'll say, I have only seen product photos (and a couple posts here of them), but the Landon look great to me. Almost a gentle blending of the retired First Avenue and Normandy. I think they will be a good boot that sticks in the lineup for AE for a good while. Keep rocking them!

Look great. I have had those in my cart forever but also a B width and didn't want the wait. I picked up the grey woolly landon. Probably the only one they made in that exact size. Like them but like you wish the toe was trimmed down just a bit.
I would grab another in suede though!

Never been a huge fan of AE. Most of my collection is vintage like Florsheim and Dacks. Since working from home, I've been phasing out dress shoes and replacing with boots. Most of my boots are Red Wing, Chippewa, and Boulet style.

During the black Friday sale, I snagged 3 pairs of AE boots for 140 each. Shoe bank models - Stirling in tan, Hamiltons in black and cognac.

I ordered through the Charleston store. They inspected each pair, and advised of the minimal issues (some loose grains and inconsistent colours). I will be using these as indoor footwear for now.

Can't wait for these to arrive.

Very nice! Seeing your post really makes me wish that AE had used the Stirling pattern when they reintroduced the Santa Mok
