Did someone say Trunk Show?

I’m on my way to be first in line. It’s kinda like camping out for Thanksgiving/day after sale shopping, right?

Jefferson today in Merlot. Chester in Merlot. Mcallister in Oxblood. McNeil in Oxblood and finally a Hanover in burgundy but they actually called it Cordavan. So which pair would you move to make room for the Cambridge?

Yeah, they all have something going for them. Discontinued, Vintage, Dainite sole for bad weather. Just a monster to keep all in the rotation.
My personal collection would kick the Mac and Jefferson to the curb fast for fit.
-Mac: keep as it's a unique pattern to the others
-Drop McA as it's more or less the base model and some form can be acquired currently and foreseeable future.
-I assume the McA is Dainite, so you can keep the Jeff for single leather and the Cambridge can be your bad weather since double JR! If dainite is a must, then drop the Jeff off at the bus stop.
-Hanover...I know you've had that one a long time. You can keep for sentimental reasons.

Presenting the new (to me) McAllister that greeted me on my front stoop yesterday evening, courtesy of the popular auction site. These were evidently a 2-wear Goodwill find for someone, because there was a large spot of sticky residue on one insole heel area from a resale sticker. In my haste to try them on last night, I blotted the area with rubbing alcohol, which only served to darken the spot of sticky residue. I then remembered my trick of baking powder and water, which removed the sticky stuff, but there is still a dark spot there. So it goes.

I'm a big fan of the Walnut, and I like the burnished look on the McAllister.

They still smell new...
