All else equal, do people find both the Dundee and Leeds

My gait is very weird. I’ll wear out the toe 100% in about 10 wears sometimes!

Isn’t it odd that we think about about filling a hole in our collection/rotation that constitutes 6 wears a year????

do you break them in on carpet at all? I’ve heard doing that helps the soles break in, so when you walk around after you don’t wear on them as much

Nope. I go to work in them. I try to walk 1-2 miles on outdoor concrete a day at work, too. My office is carpet and smooth concrete inside.

I know the Tate isn’t loved much, but anyone have experience with a squeaky chukka? Seems it’s near the lacing but it might be within the shoe construction. Basically wondering if it’ll stick around. If they’re forever squeaky than I don’t want to deal with them

My Nomad Chukka 1.0 squeeks on the left foot. It's actually in the heel. I have no clue the cause, and it is very annoying, but I play to play with it to figure out. If your Tate is leather, perhaps the problem is leather rubbing. Does it squeak if you don't lace it?

And this is where I have a dilemma. I like buying at my home store but they just don’t have the access to the deep abyss. I feel like I am missing out. When I go to the Shoebank, Jean can usually find something interesting right away. She is like a no dot wizard.

Quick but sincere thanks to Ashley and RJ of Team Charleston for digging out a 13 A Grayson and the heretofore nonexistant 13 A Randolph for me to try on in advance of making my trunk show picks, and getting both to me, pronto. Amazing customer service.
Bonus, the 13A Grayson fits very well, and the 13 A Randolph well enough for my skinny flat feet. Randy has a big cone! but width-down, he's manageable.
