Not to beat a dead horse TOO much but trunk show or not there would seem to be no logical reason why a regular AE shell shoe couldn't be made up in other regular shell colors given (we are told) that all AE shell is essentially made up on an as needed basis.

"Hey Charlie, make up these next 12 Bradleys in brown." Would that be so hard?

This is a question we have all had for a while. Why aren't the three standard shell colors (i.e., black, brown, and burgundy) offered for all cordovan-collection models?

I interpret that as meaning, "We should have BROWN Leeds available all the time." Right?

X3, this will be a big factor in selecting edge color. Thanks for checking for us @ae_ashley

Ok. After some deliberation, I have some updates:

Edge details are being worked on still, but it's looking more like buff, the same brown as the green and blue last time, and black. Antique is being replaced by the same brown as last time. They are close, this should not make a huge difference. It just allows a bit more variety within the three choices. I'm working on figuring out what that edge is officially called, but it's some kind of medium translucent brown.

Stitching is going to be tonal.

Y'all are flat-out killing it today... damn...

@ProfilaBinding and @2Deuce2, am not going to the Trunk Show at the Costa Mesa store. It's a long drive for me. Probably would have gone if the Trunk Show was at the Century City store.
One of you boys needs to pick a fella up. I'm just sayin'...

I'd be considering hopping to LA instead of SF and come in a couple days early to hang for the party if June and August hadn't been so nuts for travel (52 hours in the air last week alone). I need to hang with the family.

Sorry to interrupt the TS19 excitement but I have an OT question.

I'm heading to NY this Friday, coming in to Penn Station and was wondering for luggage should I do a 22" wheeled suitcase or a largish duffel over the shoulder? For you experienced travelers what do you recommend?

Probably will Uber or taxi from Penn St. to the hotel and back.
Roll brother. Roll.

Walnut Strands for me as well today.
These are still in the process of deciding what color they want to be.

Hello, and thanks for weighing in on the Boardwalks.

I'm in between widths with AE: I wear a 13D in the Shreveport and the older 8221 Shelton, but a 13E in the Strand and the McAllister. This one *looks* wide in the forefoot, and I'm hoping it will fit. Any guesses on the basis of the AE models I've mentioned...?

If these are too narrow I'm fairly sure I can get most of my $100 (shipped) out of them by re-flipping on the popular site.

Incidentally, what happened to dabondo1? Has he gotten out of the returns resale game? I'd gotten "addicted" and overhauled my rotation of previously marginal footwear with 8 pairs of AE about 6-8 months back, and I forced myself to stop monitoring the popular auction site for dabondo1 merchandise. Peeking on there now for black longwings, I'm not seeing any offerings from dabondo1.
This is Andi....aka as Dabondo1 on Ebay. Steve and I were disappointed to see that Ebay is "hiding" our listings from you. :( We now have a Facebook page where we post updates on shipments coming in, cool finds, promotions and more. If you 'like' our FB page you can find out who we are and what we do! Also, there is a direct link that takes you into our Ebay store~ so no more searching. I Would be curious to know what happened when you were searching for our listings.
I will gladly share a couple of links with you.

First link is to our Ebay store where you can sort by size and search for styles.

So strange - you're a great example of what eBay should be all about. Thanks for the info!

I actually noticed this a while back. I was searching for a specific boot that did not show up when I did a search, but it was showing up on the business home page. I check your listings almost every day on Ebay.

I'd like to thank you as well. Bought several items from you. I'm wearing my Shell HM bought from you.

PS: I haven't noticed your items being "hid" in my saved searches. FWIW

Morning all. First day back in real shoes after having foot surgery so I had to reach for something comfortable. In honor of the upcoming trunk show, natural shell Leeds seemed like an easy choice.

PS Ashley can we pretty please have a Rogue as an option next trunk show?
