That makes 3 of us agreeing with all aforementioned bullet points.

I suspect there may be others though.

V treads got the call this casual Friday. I am not sure the socks and jeans were a great match though.

I bought this Radcliff AE belt a few years ago. It was described as Taupe but it was a really good match for my Olive Strands. The belt was very greenish. The belt has really shifted to more brown over time. Now I am wearing it with casual brown shoes.

Had on black Boardrooms yesterday for an event, but I forgot to take pictures. I also was at a table with a guy who appeared to be wearing brown shell PA’s.

I bought a pair of strands (factory seconds) that I’ve worn a few times and show very obvious wear (sole is worn and creases). The problem is the cork bedding on one of the shoes seems lumpy, to the point where I constantly feel a ridge that also slightly pushes my foot up. Needless to say the shoe is uncomfortable and defective compared to the other show. My only concern is that if I send it back to AE for inspection, they won’t be able to feel the issues with the cork bed and will just send them back to me.

What are the odds that an AE store would accept these back for an exchange for a new pair (or purchase of a new pair)?

The jean game in here is way to high for me. Land's end or thrifted is about as high as I go for jeans.

$350 man that is almost 3 pairs of Donegal SM trousers, I know which I'd go with.

    Late post from yesterday...

Caen's first time out of the lab.

Very nice, but the tongue is odd and was rubbing on my ankle . Need to work on that.

This is gonna sound weird. And maybe crazy.

Target. Goodfellow & Co. selvedge. No, it's not $150 Gustin good.

But for 30-40 bucks.....dude. It's incredible. Easily on par with stuff that costs *A LOT* more.

Well, look on the bright side. They could have said, “You’re pregnant.”

I get the same so I leave the laces a bit loose at the ankle, I expect the leather will break in after a while.

Next time I need jeans I'll have a look. I've got RL, LE and Bean now, I especially like the flannel lined versions as I wear my jeans the most in winter.

A snowy casual Friday calls for some LE Moleskin and waxy leather. Sadly I find these much more comfortable than any of the AE boots I own.

Does AE make a waxed leather or is the oiled Chromexcel just as good with water?
