$25 applies to returns, not exchanges, even if they are returned to an outlet store in-person.

I am so glad that I am only 25 minutes from a store. The return fee never comes up.

Am I really the only one that wore red Neumok's today?

Or am I the only one that owns a pair on this forum? ;)

I usually only buy my size. But this BB was a grail shoe for me and would have fit if not for the Poron. At the end of the day I removed a glued insert. It sounds worse than it really is.

A pair popped up on Shoebank in my size two years ago, but was gone before I could act (same day). I wish I had a pair.
I thought that neo may have bought a pair.

If I'm not mistaken, they used Horween basketball leather for those.

@Shoenut beat me to the reason for the fit issue, and I agree with you. Return and wait for an AE sale.

Those are excellent. I love the look of the grain leather on a plain shoe. I would really love to get a monk strap like the Warwick with brown or chili grain. AE makes a monk called the Robson Street for Harry Rosen that I haven't seen on the bank in my size and Harry Rosen doesn't ship to the US--but they are two tone grain/smooth leather monk strap w/ medallion toe. Excellent shoes nonetheless. Those look very similar to the Bloor Street, another AE X Harry Rosen style = brown grain Park Ave.

Did you mean the OG or the 2.0?

The red OG was very nice.

Not so sure about the shiny Chromexcel on the 2.0 version (sorry, @AEfaninTampa). My guess was going to be @TexasTexter having a pair of the red Neumok 2.0s.

The black looks extra nice. I bet it could be argued that the extra suede on the tongue is to keep out water, not just to hide the stitch. Though I wouldn't want to put that to the creek test, with these boots.

Regarding the restocking fee, the Shoe Bank website is back to stating that it's $10. In fact, when I made my purchase on Monday, I verbally confirmed it was $10 because one of my acquisitions was a second (*shakes fist at the sky*). And, yes, it still says $25 on the main AE site.

I swear that the main site switched to saying $10 about 2 weeks ago, and then switched back.

As some other members pointed out, it's the poron. While I am not at the point where I would take the poron out of a brand new pair of shoes, poron is a funny thing. On the 5 last AEs for BB, I have to size up a whole half size. On the Brooks MacNeils & MacNeil 2.0, the poron makes the fit like a glove, otherwise I can't wear the MacNeil b/c the 7 last just doesn't give me a good fit. It is weird that such a small layer makes such a big difference in the fit of a shoe, at least for me personally.
