Scary stuff, best wishes for a speedy recovery!

I was really into IPA’s for a while, until I started noticing the effect it was having on my waistline- never would’ve thought how many calories some of those DIPAs can pack. I really don’t drink beer all that much anymore because of it.

Still love my whiskey, but that’s easier to regulate intake

The key is to limit yourself to one drink most of the time. Alternatively, training for ultra-distance running helps. I have a friend who used to drink four beers every night after his long runs when he was training for a 100-mile trail race. He was rail thin and a strong runner. He still is, but he's training for body building these days. I'm guessing there's no beer involved.

The best part of the Houston marathon is from mile 16 onwards, they serve beer every couple miles. Because carbs/electrolytes lol

I can't wear Gustin's slim fit because the calves are too tight. I get their straight fit in size 34 or 35 (heavier weight denim, I go with the 35).

I have two pair and love them. The straight fit is not overly slim fit but they are by no means baggy.

Fifth Streets got the edge over Walton today. My wife was emphatic that boots were the ticket.

Not sure how BR and S&M fit, but I have the Lands send straight fit mole skins from last year and love them. They’re fitted, but not too slim and have a decent rise. The fabric is great too, and they’re pretty decently warm- they work well down here at least. Pics from around last Thanksgiving/Christmas:

Also, mine are the Umber color. I would add another pair if they did a dark green/loden, but I’m not interested in the charcoal.
