I like both shades but i do not like, on first viewing, the brown tassel on blue suede.
So i would go with brown.

On a more serious note what model are they? The answer to your question may depend on the type of leather from which they are made.

08 shell Indys expected today so wearing these 2014 RIP MTO Ashtons with a rubber sole since I'll be out in the yard a bit this morning and hoping for a discreet switcheroo midday. Bradleys would be a better match but their leather sole is not suited for my morning activities!

Good morning. Wearing my natty CXL OSB Beefroll penny loafers. These loafers are ~ 5 years old and have received regular wear and pretty much have zero vamp creasing. Hit the CXL lottery with them for sure.

    Day 26:
Yesterday’s loafers were probably my least favorite of all the shoes I’ve worn. The right shoe is just too big for my slightly smaller right foot. It’s a common problem with loafers. Maybe I’ll make this “I hate loafers week.”
In that vein, I’m wearing a shoe that’s almost a loafer, but not quite. It’s the Norwich.

Yeah, I know the game, but I honestly never played it all the way through. Monkey Island and Indiana I sure did. I still should have all the scumm games on my big hard drive...
Very nice input! I'm going to start with navy, and see where that gets me. I'm trying real hard to not buy all the things!
Always enjoy your loafer collection! I expected these pics. I don't do much need versatility with my collection, and the contrast of the navy edges them out
I can understand; it's definitely more flash
    Norwich is a great compromise.
