There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Looking good I was thinking of getting one of the colors like blue maybe green also like the red.

I have a question how do you find the cleaning and polishing. What I mean is they don't make blue shoe polish so how do you find this color holing up. What if it gets scuffed up does it polish out with just cleaner. I am just asking so that I have an idea if I get a pair.

Agree- I'm very impressed with the quality of these, I'd argue they're probably some of the nicest work boots AE has done. I had thought for a while about getting some Wolverine 1K's, but I really wanted Dainite instead of a leather sole. HM's were best of all worlds for me. Now if it would just cool off enough for me to wear mine...

My only experience with the Strandmok is the Jingle Bell Mok, which I was told to only use conditioner/cleaner on

I've got six neumoks, some with leather like yours. I haven't cleaned any of them ever.

So last year there were very few color choices, so I took a brown MacNeil, black Strand, and brown Cornwallis

Two years ago I took: green MacGregor (don't recommend it), green Patriot, blue Carlyle, natural Strand, and natural Dundee:

Other choices if you don't want to go for the bonus colors: burgundy Rogue, burgundy Jefferson, burgundy Strand

Obviously I have fun with this.

I'm curious what kind of leather is used on the olive Shannon drives? Suede? It's hard to tell.

You're correct- I've had some drinks this afternoon lol. My point still stands though, the leather on Strandmoks and Neumoks calls for conditioner/cleaner, not polish- they're more casual shoes. Same thing applies to my Mctavishes- they're not supposed to be as refined as a true dress shoe.

I have a jar of Meltonian Navy Blue shoe cream to do touchups if necessary. I'll either use that or some neutral, depending on what it needs.

I pretty much have matching shoe cream for all the colors of my shoes. If you want get into some of the less mainstream colors, thats the way to go in my opinion.

The green looks great too, not just the blue. I also think this color blue is slightly better than the midnight navy, although I like both.

Perhaps next year, I will set aside $100 a month and then I can save up for a navy shell Carlyle. :)

Oh yeah, and I ordered a midnight navy Park Ave today. Total was $259 before tax. I can live with that.

The Lasalle color looks great! I'm going to try adding some black polish to my Lasalles.
