I would think that AE would stand behind those. Have you called or sent pictures?
I drive a stick and have never had any abnormal shoe wear as a result....
Quote:Agree I'd definitely call them. Worth it one way or another.
I drive an automatic. I don't walk outside much in these. In general, these used to hurt my pinky toe in the beginning (I am between D and E in 65 and these are D), so they didn't get stressed much early on. I don't think I do anything crazy in my shoes in general.
Yeah, I think you should call AE and see what a rep says. They might even fix them for you.
Khaki McTavish Toosday for me. On a positive note, besides these being my favorite looking AE shoes I own, I wore them all day and very comfortable all day until the minute I took them off for the first time!
anyone planning on picking up anything in Merlot since that color is on sale? i know its suposed to be a purplish? color, but in todays catalog it sorta looks like dark chili
If the color was used on better models (read: non-65 last models) I might.
How do you get these catalogs? As many shoes as I've bought lately you'd think they would add me to the mailing list....
EDIT: Disregard, found the pdf on the website.
Rats, missed out on these. Still waiting for a pair to pop up in my size somewhere.
Where does one find these secret pdfs?
I have recently been letting the catalogs pass by, but that blue Kirkwood is booming in today's mail. What kind of shorts/colors could I wear those with? My shorts are 90% khaki, with various color shirts.
I found it listed under "catalogs."
