Allen Edmond Glasgow vs Bruzzano

I apologize for another thread about loafers, but I was hoping to get some peoples' views on these two pairs.

I plan on wearing them to work (I currently have a pair of allen edmond hales). I'll be working in New York in the finance industry. Speaking with HR, this is what she had to say about the dress code. "We are definitely business casual in New York, although it's definitely a nicer business casual (think suit, no tie, or nice pants and a nice shirt). I always err on the side of more formal whenever I talk about business casual. I've seen it go very badly at other firms".

I'm also open to other suggestions, but I don't want to pay much more than $100.

Not much of a loafers fan in general, but I'd definitely prefer the Glasgow. I have always felt horsebit loafers looked rather silly.
