The shirt you're referring to is not RLPL - it's a Blue Label shirt.

I don't think it's Blue Label. AFAIK, Blue Label is only for tailored clothing -- coats, suits, pants, etc. The stuff I've seen has been made in the USA or in Italy.

I think this is simply a mainline Polo shirt that has a blue label. It's made in Singapore like many of the rest of them.
