All Brioni Shirts Smaller than Their Size?

I got a 17.5/44 Brioni shirt. Fits almost perfect except the sleeves are about an inch shorter and the shirt length is about an inch or two too small to wear...

Are Brioni shirts generally a bit smaller?

Brioni shirts are usually on the longer side, for sleeves and overall length.
