Just curious are all blue label suits made by Corneliani? If so does that mean that they are all full canvas or half canvas? I'm mostly talking about ones that are $1495.00 ones at the RL store.

Not all blue label stuff is made in Italy. I have a cotton jacket, for example, that's made in SE Asia (can't remember which country offhand).

Does it say "Made in Italy" on the collar tag? Also, compare the maker's tag in the breast pocket to the ones posted here.

Thanks, I am only concerned with the Made in Italy variety of Polo suits. So is it safe to say all made in Italy and has the Polo blue label is Corneliani? What about canvas features? Anybody have an idea about the standard.

I got a Polo Ralph Lauren peacoat that's made in China. It's fused vs. double layer construction for the black label peacoat. warmer though.

Yes, there are PRL suits not made in italy

There are also PRL Italy suits that are NOT corneliani, although they are old. I think all current PRL Italy suits are Corneliani.

also, to add to that last comment, how does the quality in the non-corneliani PRL's compare?

do you know the actual maker of the 'usa' versions ? i have heard everything from partial canvas (lapels canvas, jacket fused) to full canvas. the comments in this thread were the first i have heard that some PRL's are not nearly of the same quality as others. I was under the impression that they were all in the $1500ish canvased range.
