Im not sure if this is a new thing for Aldo, but I don't remember seeing anything like these in their store until recently.

Ive seen converse style shoes in aldo stores before. About a year ago. Id rather just by converse or jv for converse

+1. There may be some connection but I can't read the beginning of the word. Ends in kumchi, I think. My hangeul sucks.

If I remember correctly from what I saw on CNNN South Korea is a small island just south of North Korea, a very large island (perhaps even continent sized) in the south Pacific.

Looks like a rebranded pair of Converse Slips.

I have slips, and I like them. They do fray a bit much, but they're cool looking

I'm boycotting Aldo. It was a great store about 2 years ago, when they had a large selection of various styles for great low prices. Then they decided to keep the same ****** quality and jsut double the price. I'll never buy shoes from there again, especially since they rarely last over a year.
