I'm trying to reduce the number of Color 8 captoe boots in my collection to a reasonable number. For your consideration is a lightly worn pair of shell cordovan boots, made by Alden for Leffot in NYC. I estimate that these have been worn 15 times or less. Most people size down 1/2 size on the barrie last.
The specs are:
Size 11.5D, barrie last.
Color 8 shell cordovan (Horween)
Leather sole
Antique edge and welt
All eyelets
I've included pictures of both the welt joins, since some people care about those things. This pair was from the 2014 run by Leffot, delivered in Oct. 2014. The color 8 cordovan is a wonderful shade with lots of burgundy and red undertones, not like the really dark/black shades that have been coming out lately.
Shoe bags and the original Alden box are included. Price is shipped and insured to any location in the US.
I have plenty of references here and on Grailed/ebay. Open to reasonable offers as well.
