I am selling these Alden tan suede longwings. They were purchased from Leffot in New York City earlier this year. The shoe is made of tan suede and is on a double waterlock sole. The tan suede longwing is a special makeup made by Alden for a select few retailers, so these are not necessarily readily available. They are excellent shoes for the summer (right now), early fall and spring. I like these shoes a lot, but I prefer unlined suede (I wear my older tan suede PTBs a lot more than these). That said, the lining of these shoes provide more structure, so it could go better with more formal outfits.
I have worn these shoes under five times and have used a suede eraser and suede brush to address any marks on the shoe. Regarding sizing, these are on the Barrie last, so you should size down 1/2 from your normal shoe size (so this 10D will fit those that wear 10.5 in other brands).
I am selling these for $375 - shipping in the US is included, but international shipping will be done at additional cost. Styleforum members get a first crack at these shoes - they will be listed on ebay as well beginning Saturday morning.
