Well after almost a week's wait, the shell Indy's arrived straight from the Middleboro factory today...wish my camera could catch the brilliant #8 color

Do you all think they are appropriate for this style of dress? This type of trouser and shirt/sweater combo is what I typically wear in the office (no tie, no jacket on most days).

Shoes look fine with what you're wearing.

    Thanks

Will take some getting used to for office wear, as they are a much bulkier profile compared to any other shoe I typically wear to work

Love the fit though right out of the box

this is just a question of whether or not you like Indy boots. I don't. imo they are just clunky work boots

Well I definitely like the Indy boot. I have the 403 but never wear that pair to work, unless I'm in the factory, which is rare these days.

The shell, combined with the subdued stitching, is why I figure I can pass it off in the office. But I could be wrong.

True, I noticed a pocket flare after wearing them for the second time. They're RLBL that I picked up on sale, but they aren't egregious enough for me to give em up

WTF man??? This thread should be NSFW.

Ditch the RLBLs. They're not for you.
