I have this in Ravello shell and a natural sole, but without the toe seam stictching (just the hand "u" stitching on the lake).
I have this pair - it is the only v-tip I own, or will own.

I have this in no. 8 shell
I have this in no. 8 shell

As for the special order suede LWB, I would get it, but ONLY if it came with a crepe sole.

Lakota house shoes are excellent, indeed. I stand corrected. The markup in Japan is even more so than Europe.

I'm going to try gents - once I get enough sigs, I'll contact you. This will be a LONG process, so buckle up.

I have many more :). I think I mentioned earlier in this thread that they are the only shoes I can wear comfortably without orthotics (I still have to add a small metatarsal pad) so I have been buying them over the years. I have done special order from Alden, bought from Moulded, bought from Oliver Moore and from ShoeMart. Basically, from anywhere that carries them.

So I think we have at least 3, maybe 4, interested in a tan suede LWB on a crepe sole. Anybody else?

Can you give us a quick run down? Then if anyone was overlooked or wishes to come off the list, it can be updated accordingly.

What are people's thoughts on this ShoeMart makeup? It looks to be on the modified last.

If shoemart had that scotch grain boot in my size I would have taken it over their natural chromexcel plain toe boot.

The following four are ready to proceed on a MTO for a tan suede LWB with plantation crepe soles on the Modified last.

    Kashiwa
    PhiPsi32
    Dopey
    Vezatron

    Any others out there interested?

I'd be interested if mto lwb was flex welt instead of crepe.

And, then, I should add that there is 1 vote each for:

    --flex welt soles (hermj)

    --double waterlock soles (stevent).

I think stevent and I are after the same thing - oiled leather soles. I don't have a preference between single and double sole.

I am open to the flex welt but would strongly prefer the plantation crepe. The crepe sole has been very good to me.
