Alden Boots - WTF?

Guys,
I want either an Alden Ultimate Indy/Choco Suede or the Safari boot in a 10.5 or 11.0. Leather Soul seems to always be out of these styles. Does anyone know another retailer who keeps these stocked pretty well? can we buy direct from Alden? JHC, Aldens must be doing great biz. thanks in advance

You'll probably get more responses asking in the Alden thread in SW&D.

Both of those boots are special makeups pretty much unique to Leather Soul.
I know I haven't seen another chocolate suede Indy. That's not to say some other retailer might not have also had a similar makeup done but since it's not a regular stock Alden I don't think you're going to have much luck short of contacting LS and getting on a wait list.

Thanks - but not sure. I just dig that suede. The safari boot is soooo awesome. Why don't they make enough of these boots to go around?

I was looking for a pair of longwing boots in colour 8 w/ commando sole.......ended up putting an order in with J Gilbert and expect them in September.

Hard to find Alden boots in stock.
