Alden Bootmaker Edition Wingtip - opinions?

I have the ravello pair and they are pretty nice in the flesh, better than the pics suggest. Speedhooks all the way IMO, never had a problem with them and they are quite useful.

To my knowledge, the Bootmaker edition means that someone other than Alden specified the design of the shoe and commissioned Alden to make it up - or in brief, it's a limited run made to order for a retailer.

I have three pairs of shell shoes from The Shoe Mart with that label and in each case the shoe was only available from them, and Ed waitlisted me as though he was waiting to fill an order minimum.

Do you think it is worth $350 for this cordovan wingtip in near new condition?
And if it is a yes, what can you wear this with?

They look barely worn, so sure, but not a penny more. They can be worn with a wide variety of casual clothing from jeans to flannels or khakis.

Ya, was told that it was wore for less than 5 minutes. outer sole is still very clean.
