Howdy folks,
I recently won this auction, and found that I've finally found shoes wide enough for my funny little duck feet. Unfortunately, it looks like 8.5 is a little too long for me in the Alden modified last. I'd love for my loss to become someone else's gain, and to pass these on, rather than return them.
The shoes are totally gorgeous, new (they were a floor model, I think, but you can see the near-perfect condition and lack of creasing on the photos), and I only tried them on for a minute in my home before realizing they were too roomy. I'm going to head over to Alden to get a pair of these in an 8, but hopefully these can be used by my wide-footed brethren.
If you normally wear an 8.5 or 9 (even 9.5 in certain makes/lasts) in EEE or EEEE, these will make you some awesome, awesome dress shoes.
