Haven't seen any mention of this, but has anyone else noticed that STP is absolutely giving away Albert Thurston brances? They are down to $27 a pair. I would buy a bunch but right now I don't have a suit with brace buttons. But an amazing deal if you do. And they have great patterns as well.

Unfortunately, those are not the Thurstons that made the firm's reputation. They are lesser versions presumeably made for a retailer who is disposing of them.

Rayon, cotton, and nylon instead of boxcloth and barathea. And they are not sized. Though STP calls them $89.95 retail items, in reality they were probably half that.

Not bad merchandise, but not a great deal either.

What would you do if you received braces with a pull in them (see images)? Keep or ask for an exchange? They exchanged it once because they sent me braces with the wrong colored ends.

I'm asking this because I want to gauge whether it'd be fair to do that.

Dumb question, but what's STP? A google search just turns up motor oil and heroin addicts.
