Does anybody have any experience with the bespoke at Against Nature on the Lower East Side of New York? Their lookbook is very fashion forward and super structured, and far from perfect on the models, but having gone in they claim they can do "anything" which kind of frightens me. The details in their tailoring looks strikingly similar to that of Lord Willy's on Mott street, but way lower in price. Bespoke starting at $3,250 is pretty low.

i stopped in the shop one evening on the way to the Bowery ballroom.
I know simon who makes the Denim. He used to work for my friend Craig Robinson.

the RTW garments on the racks which were made locally were not that good. In fact sloppy.
Not sure if the same tailors are making the "Bespoke" If yes, stay away, If they are giving out to rocco or A & A, then you are paying for the groovy location. At least the Garment will be well made.

Heavily padded shoulders and extremely short jackets

Not my thing, but I'd be interested who is actually making the suits. I assume Against Nature and http://www.millersoath.com/ don't actually do anything but take measurements and collect a markup.

They don't take returns on anything. Including off the rack. and shoes (even if they haven't been worn)
