After seven years of fighting acne, I want to go on accutane.

It's not necessarily going to be hell, but do stock up on Aquaphor and Cetaphil, and have someone keep track of your mood and behavior if possible, just to be safe. And try not to drink alcohol or do anything else that will dehydrate you a lot, you need all the water you can keep in your system.
