So all of you saying it's boring have 500hp, ultra-rigid suspension track beasts?

I think it will be nice for real-world driving, with the folding hard top and all (I love convertibles). I mean, the OP is facing the reality of traffic and speed cameras. What's the point of buying some impractical gas guzzling perfomance vehicle just to go 50 on the highway?

I'm just wondering what the point of a convertible is in Manchester...

I haven't ever put a lot of thought into what I would want if I had to get something more.... user-friendly, but it would probably be something along the lines of a Civic or GTI. Those are probably the only FWD cars I could suffer.

Well I had been considering Subaru's,Golf GTI's,Civic Type R's etc...but then I thought how important is speed when the roads are so clogged up,anyway we get half decent summers in Manchester these days,just ask Al Gore.
