I'm not buying it, just from what i've witnessed in the past year or so I've seen a quality decline. I really dont believe a new CEO is going to come onto a message board and admit to declining quality.

Notice, the Alden CEO doesn't need to hop onto message boards and tell the end consumers the quality is still the same.

I don't have an account there, but if anyone wants to proxy for me, would you express an interest in an option for orthotic insoles on all of their shoes?

I'm going into a profession where I have to wear dress shoes and have to be on my feet a lot, but still want to be able to wear leather-soled shoes. The current leather insoles scare me away from wearing them during work. I know several physicians who feel the same way--leather-soled shoes are too uncomfortable to be worn for long periods of time, so they go for whatever is cheap at Dillards.

I understand that the crosstown collection was made for this purpose, but I would like the opportunity to wear ANY AE style with an orthotic insole (and leather sole) instead of being limited to the crosstown collection.

Manton and Sator should have a duel. It will be like a reenactment of Hamilton v. Burr, probably with period-appropriate clothing on at least one, if not both, of the contestants.

There's room for more than one point of view. I've learned a lot from both men.
