Advices for cargo shorts

Living and travelling for tourism in southern and hot country, I'm looking for some cargo shorts I can wear in free time. Please post your best cargo shorts and give advices on them great fabrics and perfect fit.
What i mean for cargo shorts is that they should be quite short to the thigh and not to the knee as unfortunatelly some makers produce nowdays.
