Advice sought - made to measure Savile Row suit and shirts

Hi I am looking to get two suits and ten shirts made in the following few months as I am getting ordained in July. I would like to go for made-to-measure for the suits having tried on quite a few off the shelf from Ede & Ravenscroft and others on Savile Row and not really got on the with fitting.

I would be looking for a traditional cut, nothing very modern, I do like the Huntsman style, and am able to spend about £700-900 per suit. I know Ede & Ravenscroft do made-to-measure but I'm worried that I would just be betting an off the shelf with a few custom options. Are there any other places that would be recommended? I know others on this forum have mentioned Graham Browne?

I am also looking for some made-to-measure or bespoke shirts with a special caveat, they would need a clerical collar rather than a regular one. I have tried so many clerical shirts on and they are terribly ill fitting only Barbiconi in Rome make nice ones but they have nasty pockets which are a not good. I was looking at spending between £80-130 per shirt.

Is there a good place to go to get everything and possibly negotiate some kind of deal (would that be normal given that it is two suits and ten shirts?)?

thanks in advance for the advice.

I have 5 or 6 E&R MTM suits and really like them. Very solid all the way around, and not too pricey. They are my everyday suits. I have too much of a drop shoulder to completely accommodate with their MTM, which is frustrating.

The suits were all bought during the MTM sales. This *may* be happening at the moment, unless I'm confusing the MTM and RTW sale dates. According to their client email circular, there is some sort of super sale (50% off sale items) through the 29th. Off topic -- If you need ties (which you probably don't!), it's a good time to go to E&R for ties -- they tend to be dirt cheap during the winter sales and good quality.

I would not necessarily go to E&R as my first choice for shirts. The fabrics are nice, but I'm not that crazy about the RTW I bought there (very blousy). The MTM/bespoke looks expensive for what it is.

I've recommended Sean O'Flynn before for shirts in London, but that's bespoke, more expensive, and can take a while to complete. I have no doubt that he would do a clerical collar.

Ede's MTM sale is usually in November.

Thought they ran to the end of the year though. If not, not!
