Advice on Sport Coat

I picked up this sport coat heavily discounted because I felt it had a wonderfully festive vibe to it. Now I am wondering if I could extend its use for more than just the holidays. It is dark green with reddish rust windowpane. I wear lots of earth and warm colors as is so it fits my wardrobe well. Thoughts?
If you have styling suggestions I also welcome them.
Thank you,

Please ignore the minor tailors fitment issues ill get taken care of.

It looks like it fits fine except for the little bit of button pulling in the front.

...and of course, the sleeves need to be adjusted.

yes, you can wear it outside of the holidays. Be aware, though, that distinctive patterns like this mean that you shouldn't wear it too often or else people will remember you as "the guy with THAT sportcoat". Something you might wear to work once or twice a month, for example, not every week. Tan/beige/off-white trousers would work. Warm grey (not cold grey).

certainly since it is quite bold a jacket. luckily I work a lot more remotely now too so I may not see most of my colleagues every other week.

definitely the chest and sleeves were to be addressed. Im a little barrel chested with longer arms just not this long. Not to mention I am 4-5 lbs over my usual now. I have the pleasure of having a longer torso also which complicates proportions.
