Advice on new boots

I am looking to add a pair of versatile dark brown boots to my collection - something I can wear with dress trousers and jeans. Also, I prefer rubber soles to handle rain and snow but would like to wear them year round. The C&J Tetbury and the Brecon look good to me. I also looked at Carmina and found these -

The Carmina cordovan is probably out of my budget but I thought I would put that in there. Any thoughts? Any other suggestions will also be appreciated.
