Advice on fit of this new suit jacket

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and looking forward to learning more about fine clothing. For work, which is business casual, I plan to wear dress shirts and sometimes blazers, sometimes with jeans. I found a deal on this Calvin Klein Masterton grey suit, 95% wool and 5% spandex, brand new for $130 shipped. It is a 40R, and also somes with size 33 pants.

I am 6'0 170lbs, with a 10in drop (30 waist)

How does the jacket look overall? The taper to the waist and hips seems to fit well. Do the sleeves and overall length need to be shortened? And does the shoulder fit look ok, or am I better off returning this?

What did your tailor say or were you under the impression that the jacket should be the finished product off the rack?

Take it to a Tailor and have the tailor tell you what needs to be addressed.
