Advice on Fit of Spier and Mackay Suit

I would appreciate advice on which suit fits better, or is better to tailor. The blue suit is 38R contemporary and the grey suit is 40R slim. I am leaning towards the blue suit, but I am not sure if the wrinkles/rolls in the back can be fixed by a tailor. Perhaps the grey suit might be a better fit overall because the tailor would have more fabric to work with and bring in to fit me. What are your thoughts on the matter, and especially if the blue suit fits?
