Advice on first fitting @ LS Clothing-Izzy

I am going to LS Clothing this week to get my first MTM suit. I am looking for something versatile, probably charcoal grey. Being that this is my first time buying a MTM, is there anything in particular I should be aware of?
I have read the positive posts regarding Izzy's abilities but any advice is welcome and appreciated.

wear your best fitting suit. that makes it easy to point out what you like and dont like about it.

Keep in mind that you are not going for a fitting and that LS doesn't offer anything more fittinglike than determining where the sleeves should fall so that they just barely don't show any cuff.

I have recently tried LS for a cloth I picked up at Tip Top. I like many others was attracted by the price. It was 496 plus a decent length of cloth wasted. The fit is so poor that it's literally uncomfortable to wear the jacket and there isn't enough allowance to let the shoulders out enough.

You will be asked for a basic set of preferences and some measurements will be taken but everything will be done by someone who has never seen you and doesn't know what you want. Of course that's always to some extent how it is with MTM but LS is - as Izzy will tell you - a discount shop and the results seem to very much reflect that.

I'd definitely recommend Mr. Ned or Giliberto for jackets in that price range. For pants, go direct to Dario, Izzy's pantmaker - you'll pay half as much and get better results.

Dario Rodriguez doesn't stock any cloth though, right? I've read that you would need to meet him at Tip Top (fabric store). Does anyone have the address for Tip Top? I tried to Google it but a bunch of other non-fabric stores named Tip Top came up.
