I would like some thoughts on what i could coordinate with the below pair of shoes and trousers independently.

The shoes a sand color suede cap toe derby. I even considering dying them to a dark brown color since I know that would bet more use. I have all kinds of color trousers and chinos to work with.

The trousers in question have this houndstooth pattern and come off as a grey blue color. Should I treat it more as a grey or blue color?

A light brown suede derby goes well with more casual outfits and matches well with lighter tones in spring/summer wear. Therefore, maybe try match it with lighter shades of outfits/trousers such as light blue jeans & chinos in beige, khaki, green and if you are fan of the BC aesthetic, it certainly will work with white as well. Avoid too stark contrasts such as dark navy, black etc.

As for the trousers, maybe a regular white shirt? it's nice to have some contrast or a light blue shirt as it picks up the blue from the trousers well.

What is the BC aesthetic? I saw you mention it before but didn't get round to asking!
BC refers to the brand Brunello Cucinelli. It's remarkably known its house style that blends casual wear and formal wear together, but in a sophisticated way. Besides blending formal pieces, they often use soft palette colours as well to tone down the formality
