Hello everybody;

First off, Im a 24 year old guy who got mistaken for a highschool student (I look young). Im a deep winter person (very light brown skin) and I seek everybody's opinion. I was thinking of wearing a plain white button down shirt tucked inside a creamy or pastel pink or light blue khaki shorts (an inch above the knees??? or???) and camel/brown suede topsiders(or should I go with leather?or maybe penney loafers of same color??) and ofcourse a matching belt. I wore something like this last time and someone mentioned I look even younger. Is this a positive response? Is it like okay to even wear something like this? I need your expertise guys.

Not really, especially if the "someone" is female. "To look younger" is only a compliment for an older guy.

Sure. But if you don't want to look like high school I would suggest you wear more clothes of the adult type.

No shorts, long trousers, shirts, proper shoes instead of sneakers, maybe a casual sportscoat. Look after your hair cut, perhaps make some experiences with some well-trimmed beard of some kind if you must.
