    Are these 'unisex'?

I am keen on buying one and like the black/tan.

But, not sure if the gold/bronze H buckle is for men or women - as silver H bukcle looks like it may be for men.

    Appreciate your thoughts.

    They are unisex.

As a man, I would wear - if at all - the gold buckle / tan side with jeans, and the black / silver combo with a suit. Anyway, I came to the conclusion that a guy wearing an H-belt radiates a certain p0rn actor vibe, so I gave mine to my girlfriend.

Ah, that's precisely the reply I wanted to avoid - which is why I explicitly wrote that a guy wearing the H-Belt gives off that vibe. I think it's really acceptable for women.
But frankly - and unrelated - I think that a female p0rn star is far more socially accepted than a male one, so the burden of the H-belt rests lighter on her shoulders - or rather hips - anyway [IMG]

I think Hermes belts can look good on a guy. I can see someone wearing it with jeans, and a sport coat, it's like the finishing touch

Right. But he still has to be gay for it to work.

Men and big logos never work. Even when you own it (except Michael Jordan).

Admittedly I am NOT one to wear brazen logos and avoid at all cost.

The most I have is the small RL and thats about it. I am struggling to purchase the Polistas polo tops cos RL is being hi-jacked by the 'hip-hop' crew!

Anyway, I think I could just about manage to carry the H-belt - it will be only worn with jeans (blue or white) and a sports blazer.

Thanks for all your advice - esp. the funny comments!!

I'm surprised no one posted alternatives to Hermes that are equal in quality but different in look. Would be interested in that..

I don't think there are many of the fashion houses that can compete with the quality of Hermes belts tbh. Their buckles in particular are beautifully made compared to a lot of those sold by the big brands. There are lots of specialist makers who make as good or better stuff minus the brand name, bling and price tag though. That may not be your bag if your after the big "H" though!

Actually, that's exactly what I'm after. For example, I like the look of A. Testoni a lot, but I don't like that they put their name out there so visibly. Like if it's really top tier, it shouldn't need to say it.
