@SpooPoker my brother. It’s fun to see what you’re up to now. I don’t think anyone here who knows you doubts that this will happen.

But does it really need to be a Ferrari 4-seater, though? Dat California T....it’s not good.

Yo! My brother from another mother, its been a bit. Miss chatting with you around here.

If I had my choice it would be a 458. But we've made a decision to have it done (aka my wife said it has to be if I want to do it) so the family can enjoy it. So yeah, has to be a 4. I cant stand the FF and want a convertible so it has to be the CaliT or the Portofino - CaliT is half the price so......

Wish i could tempt you over to the Porsche camp. We can fit a nice 911 Turbo S into your budget. But i get the lure of the prancing horse.

I’m subscribed - wouldn’t miss this. It’s still unbelievable that you can do stuff like find mint alligator wallets for 2 bux

I used to love, and I mean love the 612 Scaglietti. I have no idea why I was so taken with it and it was certainly not in my price range while it was in production. With that being said, and with the lofty goals of your epochal thread, why would you settle for the CaliT when it clearly isn't inspiring to you?

#FORZAPORTOFINO

EDIT: Upon checking used car prices, it is with a heavy heart that I must report the 612 Scaglietti is still not in my price range...

612 is a fantastic car! Agreed.

CaliT isn't the "batmobile" of Ferrari for me, my first one, the F430 Spyder was everything I wanted out of that iteration of it. I never drove it because it couldnt fit all of us in there. So now at a different point in my life, I still want my balls tickled by a high powered Italian engine, but want it to accommodate a road trip with my wife and daughter at the same time. Sometimes you cant get it all in one shot!

Some pics of my first one, including a cameo of @NewYorkIslander behind the steering wheel! No, those aren't scratches in the first one, just a reflection.

Wait, you let that disreputable character drive your car? Wait a minute here. Did all of those bags fall out of a truck on the way to the boutique?

Couple hours to go on the first step of the journey. Any guesses where the hammer falls? I think 350.
I'm out at 192. Would love to play more, but my wife "needs" some new clothes. And that Cartier Pasha is not buying itself either. Nor is my bathroom remodel.

Ive made no secret that red paperclip was my inspiration to do it the first time. Read that book and recognized I had a talent and an ability to make something that wasn't attainable attainable. But theres no question its real, Ive already done it. This time Im doing it again but documenting the process along the way.
