Adults and videogames... I don't get it...

I was a die-hard gamer in high school, lost a lot of interest once I entered college, and lost interest almost completely once I entered the work world. Although, I'll still play through a few old favorites once every year or two, some of the ones mentioned above (Deus Ex, System Shock 2, also, Half-Life). Playing those is like watching a favorite movie again, to me.

But, yeah, I grew less and less interested in gaming as I grew older, and found other distractions. I don't look down on it at all, I just don't have much interest anymore.

starcraft was the ****. holy ****, I spent so much time playing that in high school. can't imagine really getting into that now. But everyone has a vice.

I still remember when Tecmo Super Bowl came out. All the teams. 4 run plays, 4 pass plays. Playbooks you could edit. Cinema cut scenes. Pro Bowl & of course, the Mighty Bomb Jack Super Bowl halftime show.

There was no better game, and no better way to get geeked up to play than to listen to the theme song!!

I enjoy the sports simulation games and the "God games", but it's difficult to find time for any when you have little kids.
