The traditionalists will probably say that it's all wrong (notch lapels, patch pockets etc.) but I quite like the Ungaro jacket in the OP.

Not so sure about the first pair of shoes though...

Really like the ungaro jacket, those shoes though are awful.

A lot of the stuff you posted there (except the shirts) is a little too fashion forward for my tastes. The shoes more so than anything else.

I'm actually dressed in a spring outfit today. No pics (maybe later) but it's:

bone/cream flat front RLPL summer wool pants (2 inch cuff)
Pink candy stripe Oxxford shirt
Light brown melange wool 3 to 2 1/2 button sports jacket
Brown leather belt
Loake Norwichs in brown
Hot pink/green polo pocket square (from chorse123)
Pink cotton Pantherella socks

Bill, perhaps this is the first time we agree on something. I love the blue tone of the jacket/fabric, which is quite casual, and echoes the patch pockets very well.

Also, the button stance/lapel roll is quite modern/hip/agressive for a DB, which balances out the other elements very well.

I do agree the shoe choice could be better. I've love to see a medium brown monkstrap. Perhaps even a sleek brown/dark tan suede loafer.

oStelios, are you actually wearing these, or just putting together theoreticals? Anyway, those shoes are a great step up while still maintaining a fashion-forward edge. Much more elegant than the previous. The only change I would make is silver cufflinks. Otherwise, great!

I like the prolific choice of Paul Smith

and I also think the Ungaro blazer is quite badical...the Branchini wholecuts don't look bad, but looks a bit bulky from that pic
