Kimmel S = US Small generally, sometimes a bit on the 'loose' side. I do have an overcoat in XS (I'm usually a small) that is pretty loose, though this is from the older collections where they were oversized and such. From what I have seen in recent collections the fitting is more in line with expectations.

Everything that I owned from Kimmel ran big. I ordered my "usual" size and everything had to be shrunk or tailored.
Unfortunately I do not know what season I was buying from if that makes a difference...all my Kimmel came from Yoox and that site is an enigma.

Early seasons ran enormous. I was about 165 lbs (and still 5'11") when I first tried on stuff, in Rolo in SF, and the jacket I put on (in a size s) swam on me. I could easily have smuggled a pumpkin. This season runs more tts. I am 170 lbs and change these days, and medium in most garments (shirts to outerwear) was just a little big on me.
